At Eyewear Story, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a flexible 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of purchase.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items (only regular-priced items are eligible for refund)

Returns

  • Returns are eligible for a refund of the purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment

  • The cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from the refunded amount

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled.
To request an exchange, please email us at hello@eyewearstory.com and our customer service team will guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items. Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount
